My 03 has the in tank lift pump conversion , and yesterday I drove it to a friends when I was leaving I truned the key to on the pump made noise but my gauge stayed at 0psi. I had to get the truck towed home I am dropping the tank now any thoughts?

Was it the noise it normally makes? I would check for in restriction in the fuel lines and tank.

It sounds normal but no fuel flows

Before you drop your tank I would take the supply line off the cp3 and see if fuel flows. It could be as simple as a bad gauge

I pulled the line on the back of the fuel filter no fuel..
