Let me start off by saying that I've searched...

It seems that if someone did find a solution to their problem then they didn't come back and post what it was.

My 2006, yesterday morning, did not have fog lights....in the fog when I wanted them. Park lights were on, but no fogs. The caveat to this issue is that I have HID's in my headlights and fogs. Is there a fuse or relay somewhere for the factory fogs that I'm missing? I looked in the fuse box and found nothing that is remotely related to the foglights. I'm not completely ruling out the bulbs or ballasts for the HIDs, BUT they both went at the same time which leads me to believe that it's a fuse in the truck somewhere. I've had a ballast die before and it wasn't like this, and it wasn't both at the same time.

Oh, I have the v-leds kit from hid solutions.

Any help with ruling out the factory stuff first would be greatly appreciated.

simple and quick check is the wire harness that runs down the driver side right near the fog light at least on my 05 thats where it is. since both of them went out and this connections feeds both might as well check it:confused013: although its unlikely thers a problem with it since its the locking type

Right, I looked at that connector as I was lying on my back last night checking all of the connections. It's kinda hard to get that thing apart, so I left it alone. Every connector of mine after the connection you mention has dielectric grease in the connector from the original install of the HIDs. I pulled all of them last night and they are all greasy and corrosion free.

Thank you for replying.

I'm ashamed to admit that after thinking about it for a while...my wife turned them off. I know, it's retarded to think I didn't think of that first. She took my truck to the Olive Garden the other night when I was doing her brakes on her car. When she turned the lights on she must have pushed the switch in and turned them off. I always have them on, so I didn't think of the fact that the switch could have been in the off position.
