so, what is the absolute most power a vp44 powered truck can make.

I am talking built bottom end, and like 13:1 comp ratio with boost over 100 psi......

is there a vp-44 that can handle that, or do you need a common rail or p-pump?

i tihnk that most people who plan on going that far with the performance go ahead and do the p-7100 pump conversion

You can make big power on a VP truck but you need lot's of fuel, a monster VP would be a must...and a lot of :$::$::$: to make it happen.

yea but he is talking with a VP not sigma or P pump.
Re-read the last line of his post

"is there a vp-44 that can handle that, or do you need a common rail or p-pump? "

Not trying to be an a$$ just stating that he mentioned using a p-pump or common rail

Yeah Sigmas are not made anymore and they are expensive its what you pay to push all that fuel. But If you really got the :$::$::$::$: Columbus Diesel makes a all breand new billet design that can supply enough fuel for 2000hp now you would need the turbos to supply the air for it.

Also I wanted to ask Everywhere I look it seems no one has even dynoed a Monster pump lets say on a stock truck to see how much of a difference it makes. OR really havent seen any numbers to the fact how much more it flows then a Hot Rod VP44 so it's all up in the air right now.
