New Truck - New Shocks - Now Pulls?

New 2018 Ram 3500 DRW with 200 miles. Swapped the factory shocks to Bilstein series including the stabilizer. Re-torqued the lugs... now it pulls to the right slightly. Rides better, but will swapping the shocks really pull the alignment out???
Any thoughts are appreciated!

With only 200 miles on the factory shocks you'd think no. But yes much smoother!
