My triple disc torque converter from Revmax is going in today. Lets see if my mpg increases. I just replaced my hubs and I gained 1.5 mpg need another 3mpg to pick up what I've lost. Maybe now I can burn out from a dead stop because I've never been able to

I have a stage 5 15blade stator (low stall) infront of my 47re.

Just dropping into gear I can idle at 10mph in traffic!!

Torque output absolutely! And unlocked driving (fluid coupling) is a lot stronger with the low stall. For average driving I use 22-30% throttle to get up to hwy speeds. Much over that and I'm doing 90mph in a hurry!

When it locks you know it. Never had an issue with mine. Dyno'd 427 in overdrive last summer. And the trucks main living is a DD/toy hauler. My loaded setup is just under 20k GVW and I run the edge on lvl3 towing.
