The Jr. is pre set power levels up to 100 hp i think. The Smarty Sr. is fully adjustable and power is pretty much endless based on your supporting mods. You might want to go with the jr. since you are a beginner. On your truck you would want a good lift pump, perhaps a Airdog of a Fass system. They are about the best. A lift pump is prob the most important so you don't drain your fuel rail or damage your cp3 injection pump.
