[974x4dually]

just bought my first cummins, its a 97 extended cab long bed 4x4 dually, its all stock. just curious what are the do's and don'ts are witht these trucks. i know that i want to straight pipe it, but i don't know what to do after that. i do alot of towing, but i know i wan't, and need a little more power. so any suggestions on what to do would be helpful. im coming from a 12sec duramax, awsome truck but i sold it so i could have a car and a truck......thanks for any help

get gauges if you are towing - Boost, Trans, Pyro
upgrade trans if automatic
upgrade fuel plate
injectors high horse power
upgrade P7100 (injection Pump)

thanks guys, it is an automatic unfortunatly, but it has recently been rebuilt, i hear there not that strong of a trans. this fuel plate i have heard some about this, where do i get one, and how much, is it gonna hurt the trans or anything. i do tow thats why i opted for a dually, i have a 22ft boat, and 30ft hitch tow toy hauler.
