Personally I think I'd go with the FMW 62, it's 62/68 and I'd get the gated .84 T4 turbine housing. Can be had for around $1000, but it's not quite a drop in deal. You'd need a T3 to T4 adapter for the manifold, and far as I know it comes with a hose discharge on the compressor housing, so you'd need a new IC pipe. Should spool really nice with your fuel and still flow pretty awesome up top.
As far as drop in your best bet would be a 63/68/12 gated. Might still need a downpipe depending on whose turbo you go with but that's not a big deal. Either of these would make 500hp and both would spool quicker than the SuperB Special, although it's a great option too. I just hate lag, so even a little quicker spool is good in my book.
