I've been dealing with this with my SSR and have not been able to remedy it. I've tried recovery files, old tunes, changed the fca, and still have the problem. I tried a different tuner and the problem went away so it seems to be a Smarty problem. I'm hoping that once UDC comes out some of these bugs will be fixed.

I have the same issue as well. I called wagner and associates the other day and they directed me to email MADS. They told me that they never encountered a problem like mine in there testing but had a few customers that changed the FCA and that solved the issue and others when back to an older version of the software. Apparently that doesn't work for everyone as huckleberry still has the issue. They emailed me an old tune but I haven't had time to get to a computer and all I have right now is my phone, but I'm gonna try and find a computer to use this weekend and will report my findings. Oh by the way I did try the older files from the index of downloads that MADS has on there site with no luck but not the tune they emailed me...

I have not tried the new TNT-R b/c of all the horror stories I've read about it.. This needs to get solved fast especially since EFI is aroun the corner for us 03/05 guys!! MADS is gonna take 1 helluva loss if they can't figure this bug out!

Well maybe for a change MAD's should focus on getting something right before moving on to "new and better" stuff.. Hate to say it but EFI is way better than their UDS will ever be.

Up until now I was running SO6V416DR57TNT. I know its an old file and had the stutter at 1800 RPM but I had NONE of the WTS issues until the day after I loaded the newest TNT-R off of MADS website last week. It is so bad now that I can't drive my truck without it coming on in even a 10 mile trip. If you check codes none will show up but if you clear them anyway it will go off till the next time I drive the truck. I have posted on Bob Wagners forums on both here and CompD with absolutely NO RESPONSE.. Getting a little irritated to say the least..

Bob's in Italy with Marco getting taught how to run UDC so I can't see us getting any help until he gets back. I know how you feel as I think I'm getting ahead on the tuning of this thing but can only test it 10 miles at a time so it gets a little mind boggling.

Have you tried going back to stock for a while and then reloading TNT-R? I had to do that once cause of a glitch during an upload I guess, the truck just did not seem to run right.. I returned to stock tune for a day and then reloaded the Smarty after the truck was at normal operating temps..

I would maybe go back to the 20 October 2011, TNT-R file.. The February 16th file was to resolve an issue for the 2003 trucks, all though it should work for all of the S06 models :confused013: Maybe worth a try!

I have never had a problem with any of the Smarty tunes. I'm running the October TNT-R file and it's a very smooth tune and runs awesome for me..
