I just had a new TC put in. Got it back and it would shift to hard. They fixed with some adjustments inside the valve body. Wow what a difference. It pulls so hard now. I can see in my egts idleing that it is working better. In park the guauge is at about 350 put it in gear and the egts go up to 450 or 500. It never did that before. It would cool right down with old TC, now I have to put it in park to cool it right down. I dn't ussally fix stuff that aint broke but this was a definite improvement. Also my old showed lots of signs of heat where the lockup clutches are.
