I have searched and haven't found exactly what I am looking for. Except for possibly Bilstein.

206K miles. Front end is bouncing 3-5 times when I push it down and my tires are cupping bad. I have a 2 1/2" leveling kit, but that is all, and I don't plan on a lift. I want to replace the shocks but I don't want to spend a fortune. Best bang for the buck if I may. Looking for actual reviews, not just what I read on the internet. And will a stock length shock fit with the leveling kit?

Thank you!

I've got a 4" coil upfront and just installed new 5100s and I love them, amazing shock for the price. The guys here will soon chime in on how amazing the carlis are, but they are not cheap

Carli shocks IF you can afford them...if not the Thuren Overlands for a liitle softer ride, but still with good control and handling or the Bilstein 5100 for a slightly firmer ride with good control and handling.

The 5100s or Overlands are decent stock replacements, from there, you can step up to Fox IFP 2.0, then Fox IFP 2.0 with a custom tune on them, which is usually good enough for most people that spend most of their time on the pavement. Do you have spacers for a leveling kit, or replacement coils? Ditching the spacers makes a difference as well.

I swapped my spacers for the PP 4" coils, along with supporting mods IE drop pitman, trach bar drop, etc, and damn did it make a difference. And that is just with 5100s

I currently have the 5100's on my o6. They were ok when new but now they are pretty weak . Maybe 40k miles on em. I dont baja or anything just hunt fish camp wash board s etc. I would spend the dough and get the 5160s. Thats what i am currently putting on. These rams are heavy up front. Good luck!!
