its quite simple and self explanatory. you just need to rig up an injector puller cuz they are very hard to get out bc of carbon build up on the tips

i didn't have a puller when i did mine. What i did was take a lug nut off, thread it onto the top of the injector you are pulling. Then get a crow bar and putt the crow bar underneath the lug nut and lay it against the exhuast manifold. then take a hammer and hit the other end of the crow bar and they come right out. That way you can use the leverage and will be pulling straight up and have no side to side movement. Worked great for me.

mine was like a slide hammer. it screwed on and i slid the slide up and it popped em out in one hit
