New Guy from Cali 1st Diesel

My Name is Matt and this is my first diesel truck, its a 2013 ram 2500. I have always loved the Dodge/Cummins combos growing up and have done nothing but fall more and more in love with my truck since i brought it home a short 1600 miles ago. I look forward to learning a lot on this forum. I'm a Diesel Mechanic in the Marine Corps but the trucks i work on are worlds apart from what i own. I have contemplated doing the egr and dpf deletes just don't know the probability of getting caught and if its worth the price. Ive done some research and found that the epa is actually trying to track down people who buy the kits to ensure they are for off road use only. so well see how that goes. On an entirely separate note the meaning behind my screen name. I went to lunch today at panera bread and after eating a red velvet cupcake i realized my truck is almost the same color and i love red velvet so that's what Ive decided to name her ha ha...without further a due here she is
