New cummins owner in CA

Hey guys new here just bought my first cummins. Its a 2012 laramie leveling kit 17 on 35's and love it. I came from a 09 duramax and dont think i will be going back. One thing I am looking to do is an exhaust and programmer a little more power but help with these new trucks fuel milage, especially these cali trucks. Any input would be great thanks
