whats your price range?
New bumper?
Really like the looks and price of the alien patrol lunar r series, but does anyone have anything good to say about the company? All i here is horror stories. Please help with decision wether or not to go with this bumper or to go ahead and fork over the extra cash for a road armour. They look identical but i dont want to get screwed out of the money i pay for the alien patrol and then still have to pay the big bucks for the road armour on top of that.Any advice would be great the sooner the better because im ready to purchase now.:confused013:

My Bumper
I have been out of town for a while. My bumper was delivered to my buddies shop a few weeks ago. My buddies secretary said, "it looks insane"... I'm pretty excited to see it. I'll post a pic soon and then after I get it mounted...
I never called after my order was placed and I think it only took all of maybe 3 weeks to finish my order, give or take a few days, I have been busy and honestly didn't keep track...

check out the new hid lights kragen is carrying, as chincy as that sounds, weve had amazing luck with them and the warranty is good. theyre bright as and cheap by comparson to most the lights out there, i just literally replaced the hella hids on my race rig with em, and they kick the crap outta em, aspecially cinsidering theyre only 110 bucks!

My truck's at the shop right now awaiting the arrival of a lunar r. It's been about 3 weeks since it was ordered and the shop said it should be here in a day or two. They'll be painting it and putting it on when it comes in. I'll keep you posted and get some pictures when it's done if you're interested.

well just wanted to give everyone an update....2 months after the order date of the bumper and still haven't gotten it. on top of that it's been 2 weeks since we've heard anything from them. Made many phone calls and emails but still nothing. looks like this week is going to be dedicated to fighter for my money back and ordering a road armor.

there are just too many bad posts about this guy to offset the good ones and justify giving this guy your hard earned money. Its just not worth it! Ive once considered buying from alien patrol, but then i sobered up...!

Funny... I have heard the same exact problems with guys buying from Road Armor. You should probably try a search on them too. I've read about them in plenty of off-road type forums.

that sucks man. sorry to hear that. well as a fabricator i know stuff comes up. but really, if yer customers dont have constant updates or the ability to contact you, what are you doin!
fact of the matter is if he asked for more than half up front and you didnt have a bumper within a month of paying him the full amount, theres no excuse, regaurdless. doesnt matter who you are, if you claim you can deliver, deliver. what i dont get is that its not as if these are even custom bumpers, its the same three designs over and over, and he has the machines to knock em out, wheres the confusion?
