I've searched and founded numerous threads regarding tires but everybody's got a different answer and different results but nothing particularly pertains to my question. i'm installing my Kore hp series leveling kit in the next week and after that I'm buying my 35inch tires. i'm going with cooper stt 35x12.50x17 on my stock rim. I shouldn't have any rubbing issues with this on a stock rim with the offset it has, correct?

thanks for the help:bdh:

I just bought tires for mine yesterday. I went with 285/75/17 on the stock rims. Converted that comes out to 33.83x11.22x17. I have plenty of room stock suspension. My neighbor has a 1ton with a 2" leveler and he has the 35x12.50xr17 stock rims. he said that they fit good just rubbed a little on the mud flaps that are on his truck. I don't have the mud flaps on mine.

Point is, stock rims+35x12.50's+leveling kit will fit unless you have the mudflaps on the from fender. He left his on and trimmed them just a little and he is good to go now.

The 35x12.5 on stock wheels with or without a level kit will rub your control arms at full lock both sides, its minimum though and shouldn't be a problem. I'm running Yokohama37x12.5 on stock rims with a 2.5 level kit and have the same rub.
