Okay im pretty positive my VP is done. It throws P done, P PCU, and a couple number codes if i havent run it in a while. It cranks a lot before it starts unless i park with the nose downhill. I just put in a new fuel pump and the check valve/backflow valve(?) was replaced in during summer. If the tank is full it starts right up usually but once the tank starts emptying it gets worse and worse. I just wanted to make sure this problem is the VP because i dont want to drop over a grand on parts if they won,t fix the problem. Thanks for the input.

I don't know because i do not have a fuel pressure gauge (dumb I know) the truck is an 01 2500 HO, power puck, intake and exhaust are only mods.

Get a fuel pressure gauge now!!!

Also check for fuel/air leaks in the fuel system, specifically the return line on the back of the head.
