So I tuned my afc about 6 months ago and i have it set as good as i can do with the current turbo as it can start to bump into the danger zone if im not watching it, but i am lost when it comes turbos, every one that i talk to give me a number that means nothing to me and their for cannot transfer that advice into my search cause tall the company's have their turbos by name not by a number.

Im not looking for a huge increase just looking to have some growing room to improve my towing and DD performance down the road.

I am looking at the BD super B, super B special, and killer B but again i dont really know what i am looking at and have been searching for info for the past 6 months with little to no results.

any one have these turbos or can offer any advice would be helpful thank you.

(This is all based on research, none of it from first hand experiance, so please take it with a grain of salt.)

Do you have plans to get bigger injectors?

My reading indicates that a Super B Single is a great turbo for mild builds if you dont mind spending the money. From my reading this is your best bet. Super B Special will be too big, you wont like it unless you get much bigger injectors.

Another great options that saves you money is to get the 351CW from a 3rd gen common rail. Used they are less than $400.

If you want the fastest spool and dont mind doing a bit of fab work then you can get a 351VE from a 4th gen. These turbos have veriable geomitry on the exhaust housing and used are dirt cheap. Same compressor as a 351CW, both are good up to 50 PSI or so of boost if you have the injectors.
