What does it run like before and after 1800?? What mods do you have if any?? Thats a low rpm to have troubles like that. idk man, take your air filter out. it could be dirty, change your fuel filter, check your boost boots... man idk I need more details of what its doing. (sounds, vibrations, smoke??) etc.
