Hey guys I am thinking about buying this trailer header_fireworks.gif

I have a chevy 2.5 ton 4500 I am pulling it with due to the dodge not being able to handle it ( i think) Anyone haul anyhting like this

You have to get the weight of the trailer and subtract that from the gvwr. That will tell your total load capcity.

Too much for your 4500. its got 2 10k axles so to get to the 25900 gvw they are relying in 6k of tongue weight. Plus your are REALLY pushing the limits of the dmax/ally, heck the gcwr is 26k. That trailer is more suited to a heavier type truck (6500 type).

Even funnier is there Mini 5 which wants 9k pin weight and they show 3500 hooked up. Here is how the explain the gvwr....25,000 lb. (16,000 lb. axle load / 9,000 hitch) Empty Weight 7,900 w/Spare - Load Capacity 17,100
