Need Help Please

I just purchased a used 08 3500 mega cab 4x4 it came with a H&S XRT programmer. So I plug it in to see what setting it was on saw that it was on the 60hp setting which is good for me and I guess this is where things go down hill. On the XRT screen it is saying regenerative filter reset and will not start engine just turnsover. Any help appreciated this is my first programmer and as you can see I know nothing about them.
