dealer changed out my pcm when it wasnt need. I broke the overrun clutch at a truck pull but they proceeded to think it was an electrical issue long story short got the truck back with my Mm3 disconnected and the truck throwing codes hooked the tunner back up and it tried to flash and now I'm getting 14106 error it goes all the way to 100% then gives that error message. Anyone else every have this issue. it has been a frustrating 6 weeks with the dealer and not having a truck and here it sits again with a no start. Any help or suggestions would be great. I have done hard resets multiple times with a charger on still nothing

I don’t know how anyone can help you when have provided no information on your truck. I will take a guess and say if your truck is a 2013+ that you need to unlock pcm before you program it. Don’t know how the mm3 accomplishes this but probably involves more steps or additional cable then just loading a new tune. Please post back with truck details and history.

It's a 2015 ram 2500 the mm3 does unlock it has been installed already on the truck dealer replaced pcm thinking that was the transmission issue. The overrun clutch was the real issue. So tried to flash my mm3 back on the truck gave an error code 14106 and now the truck does not start. I have been in contact with mm3 power waiting for the fix from them just hoping the pcm is ok

The first thing to do is disconnect both batteries, then short positive and negative leads to each other for ten minutes, unshort leads and reconnected batteries, make sure they are completely charged, then follow whatever steps you used when you originally unlocked/programmed original pcm. Can you put old pcm back in?

Is your j1913 cable connected between mm3 and pcm? It seems very likely that if pcm was replaced this would be disconnected.

Yes it was and I did do a hard reset. I sent my progprat file to mm3 so they could see what was happening. The ecm said the truck was a 2018 which it's a 2015 the dealer had it entered wrong they sent me a recovery file I uploaded that to the sd card and flashed the ecm and that took care of it. Truck is up and running again. But for anyone eles that has somthing like this. If there is a mix match like that it will leave the pcm like it's either bad or blank. Mm3 was super helpful and so was Tyler from t&k performance.
