ok guys well i took my cd player out of my old 87 dodge and was going to put it in my new 07.5 truck and when i took the factory cd player out i noticed it had two connections in the back and my cd player only has the one with all the wires for the sound ground power etc. what do i do with the other plug in? also this is the dash kit and harness i got...

What he said. Satellie radio. Use the cable and connections that the harness kit says to. The sat radio unit will be located behind you glovebox. Push in on hte sides of the glovebox to drop it forward and you will see it in there. about 6x6 module.

The info you seek is on page 104 and 105. It depends if yours is a 10 or 12 pin connector. Basically satelite:thumbsup:

If your not going to use Sirius or XM ,leave it unplugged.

ok leaving unplugged...now one more question...i thought i knew this, but when i hook up that aftermarket harness to the cd player wires which colors go where?
