I have a 4" turbo back MBRP with a 4" in/out resonator and a 4" Dynaflex muffler. The Dynaflex muffler is equivalent to the Donaldson used on our trucks. It's about 24" long and 9" around. It has the blockoff plate to prevent freeflow and forces the exhaust to go through the muffler.

My questions are, since it's 4" freeflow with the only obstruction being the muffler, do you think I would gain any MPG by knocking out the blocking baffle?

And also, do you think I would get any drone in the cab if I removed the baffle being that I still have a resonator before the muffler?
