Anyone out there in NJ or Eastern PA with conversion experience? Have 81 crewcab and 92 donor truck ready to go.

Were are you at nj. What do you need help with.

That is probably one of the easer swaps to due electronic wise. Pull everthing out of the dodge trans and all and put it in the chevy. The nice thing about the 92s is that you need to run a hot to the ip and wire the starter and alterntor and it is running.

Thanks JakesDiesel, but it is even easier than that. Both are dodges. 81 Crew and 92. Just don't have the time or equip to do. Your thoughts on a experienced conversion mechanic? I am in Plainfield NJ.

Is that by South Plainfield. I live in Salem NJ a little ways from you. I did my conversion my self I really dont know any body that does them, or who would do them.
