need a set of lug nuts asap!

Like title says I need a set of lug nuts off a 2500. I am converting my dually to a single wheel and all I lack is a set of lug nuts. I can order off eBay for $20 but it will take a week or so. Anyone local with a set they will set??

Also I live in Knoxville. So it needs to be decently close or some meeting.
