Ok, For about a year now I have been getting a strange viberation coming from my front end at around 40mph and then again around 70mph. Very annoying viberation. Two weeks ago, I hit a pothole in the road and lost my brakes completely!! Well I limped my truck home and upon closer inspection 3 of the four bolts that hold the fron driver's side hub on were gone!! I noticed after I got the hub removed that one bolt was sheered off with the shank left in there (I assume this happened when I hit the pot hole). The other two that were missing looked like they had been missing for a long time because there was gunk and grime where there should have been bolts. Anyways, long story short, I found some replacement bolts the next day and problem solved. I guess that hub had been jumping around on my for a long time and I just never thought to look at those bolts as the cause. Now she rides smooth as glass. :party018:

 WTF?

Now I'm afraid to drive my truck on the freeway. I get this strange wobbly vibration on the freeway that comes and goes. I was guess just crappy tires but the last thing I want is my tire and hub flying off. I'll have to look around tomorrow.
