Like stated my 06 is stock except for what's in my sig, when I get on it hard and shift, it sounds like a blo off valve??? Also when speed shifting it stays revved up between gear changes like it's trying to run away till I get back on the gas, kinda like my old 12V would do. Why is that???

The CR will do that a little because of it trying to get rid of the excess rail pressure. It will do it more if your adding pressure with the smarty. The noise your hearing is probably turbo bark. When you chop the throttle suddenly the turbo is still pushing a lot of air and its got to go somewhere so it tries to go back out the turbo.

I was narrowing it down to turbo bark, I checked all the IC boots and they're fine so was thinking it had to be that. This is my 1st 6spd CR the other 2 where autos and the running away part is new to me so was wondering what it was doing. Thanks bud!

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's compressor surge. Also on the high-reved thing, all CR's do it. When I got my 03 after I had my 01, I thought there were issues with it but after searching I found that it's normal.

You said your turbo is stock. I'd limit the times you get it into that situation. The turbo bark will kill a stock turbo pretty quick.

Unless that is your plan--to get the new ones.:hehe:
