Well as the title says I've slowly been getting all my parts together, and the truck is quickly going to take shape. The truck just turned 4k miles, it's my DD and my toy, here's my build list. I either have the parts or they are on order. A big thanks to "2010Cumminspwr" for build info. My build is basically identical to his minus the HD pushrods. Well here's the list:

Air: Forced Inductions s472 (72/83/.90 on a T4) w/ a Steed speed (Source Auto Kit)

Fuel: Glacier Torker 150 nozzles, 10.6mm stroker CP3 from Shane, FASS 150, GDP filter housing delete

Motor: ARP 425's, 115lb valve springs

Drivetrain: Southbend 3250 pressure plate w/billet flywheel and ceramic buttons (mix between street DD and comp clutch), CalTracs, possibly a one piece drive shaft still not sure on that.

Tuning: H&S w/ MCC tuning, crossing my fingers for EFI sometime

I think thats everything, as of now the CP3 is being built, the FASS and nozzles are on their way. I have the CalTracs, ARP's, 115lb springs, and Soutbend but none of which are installed. Hoping to get the CalTracs on this weekend. As for the past month I have been running my s472 on stock fuel and mild tuning (yes w/out studs), but I do not put my foot in it whatsoever. I am just wanting to get the charger broke it well before I throw a ton of fuel at it. It truely isn't horrible to drive, I wouldn't go hook a heavy trailer to it but for how I drive it's tollerable for now. I will post pics as I go along.

you're doing the 120# valve springs why not throw the hd tubes in while your in there considering the money you have tied up what's another 300-400 bucks right
You going to junk on that thing after it's done?

I will not be turning crazy rpm's or anything and it also gives me weak link. Multiple guys even sled pullers have gotten away with stockers.

Ha you better believe it Matthew. The second we roll It out of your garage it's going to be on like Donky Kong.

And here is a few of the FI s472 with a 2nd gen swap kit from Source Automotive. I went with a Steed Speed manifold, I have never used or been around a Fleece 2nd gen swap kit but I can say that Source's kit is top notch everything looked and fit great. As of now I am running stock fuel as I said. Pictures don't do this thing justice it's a man eater lol. I struggled like no other trying to get the four nuts loose from the manifold to the turbo so I said heck with it and pulled it out together. That makes for one seriously heavy combo.

In the picture above I did have to relocate the solenoid shown well in that picture. I just removed it from the battery tray and screwed it in to the battery tray underneath. Also I ran to the parts store and picked up different manifold bolts for a cleaner look.

Truck is set up kinda like mine. Love my 472 and source 2nd gen kit. Also got the steed speed. Top notch quality. Enjoy your new toys. Looks like a nice build

Sounds like its going to be a nice build. Can't wait to see it finished up.
I thought 6.7's 'had to have' 625's with decent power? Sounds like it's gonna be fun.

My prediction: you're gonna need more clutch soon.
I one piece drive line? havent seen one but I would love to! ha where would I get one?
Some Megacabs came with a one piece driveline from factory, you can buy one from mopar last time I checked for around 800$$
I had a one piece in my 06. It was a little over 600 and that was 3 gears ago, I can only imagine its went up.
 ...
Jeez... that thing looks insane. Threads like this are very damaging to my bank account.. :(

Any reason you decided to go with a s472 apposed to a different s400?
