I went back and forth on whether I wanted to spend the money on doing this, and well

Going to bedline the bottom of the cab

I did mine with Raptor...this is after a year.

Low pressure, let it splatter...use a regulator at the gun. And prep, prep, prep!

I'm hoping by early next week I'll be able to get the underside done. I just have to fab up the driver's side seat belt "mount" by the door and clean the tunnel off and should be ready to prime then bed line it.

The underside of that cab looks great!
Are you going to spray the top side of the floor with that bed liner too?

Thanks. I haven't decided yet. I'd like to use sound deadening mat and not sure how well it would adhere to the bed liner

Slow couple of days. Took way longer than I'd like to admit tweaking the exhaust and figuring out hangers. Installed the new motor mounts

And fabbed up a kdp tab

It'll be about a week before I can finish up the front of the motor. Had to order a tool to install the front main seal

Had to buy a special tool just to replace the oil pan

Engine is painted (still need to paint the turbo and intake), new fuel pump, alternator, water pump and turbo oil feed line is in. Replaced the trans filter and gasket.

Was hoping to avoid buying new Trans line's but they needed to be replaced.

Always a good day with new toys!

I'm planning to ditch the coolant-to-trans fluid heat exchanger and just run the big 90 trans cooler and the super-duty cooler.

Me too, having a hell of a time finding 1/2" steel line though. I found some brass compression unions though, I'll probably just bypass it where it crosses over to the passengers side by cutting and joining the line right below the starter motor.

Those are only 24 inches long, also stainless is brittle and crack prone.

Oh, I didn't see that it was annealed. But still, if I was going to replace it I would want like a five or six foot length do it in one shot.

I've been thinking about ditching it also but don't want to dump too much into the auto. I still want to find either a nv4500 or 5600. Maybe a zf6 if I can find one for the right price. I didn't want to spend the money on new line's but the hack splice job got to me. Ordered some 8an line and some fittings.

That little rubber brake hose that goes from your engine crossmember down to your axle tube, about how long would you say that hose is?

Also, did you replace that hose with a new one, and if so do you have a part number for it?
