Tried the search. Couldn't find what I need. What mufflers do you guys recommend? I've got 5" TBE straight piped. All I really want is just a tad quieter in the cab, yet keep as much of that wide open roar as I can.

Yeah the flopro cuts out the drone in cab but when my windows are down you def hear it.

I have a FTE Resonator on my 94. I'm happy with it and have been thinking about putting one on my 08.

Another vote for the FTE resonator. They really sound great on a straight piped truck and it also cuts all the drone.

Yeah, 0967cummins should probably get the 17", not the 30". I've got the 17 on mine, but I think the 5.9 is a bit louder than the 6.7.

Also look into the Donaldsen mufflers...got one sitting in my garage in the event the fit hits the shan and you know who requires us to have one...

subscribing, my 5" is pretty loud in the cab especially when its echoing off buildings, kinda high pitch rasp too

I had the 51" donaldson and didn't really like the tone. It's an actual muffler. The FTE 17" resonator sounded way better (way smaller also) and actually helped the drone more on my truck.

Here's 2 videos I took of it. Basically a stock 6.7 besides 2nd gen swap and a tune. 4" downpipe, 5" exhaust with 17" FTE resonator with 6" tip. It still keeps a good tone outside and it did not drone in the cab.

U won't regret it bud- I've had FloPro muffler, 51" Donaldson and now the 30" FTE.. No comparison FTE wins the tone and drone battle hands down!
