So i've heard about a million different setups and combos with progammers intakes and what not. I just want to know What are you guys getting for mpg's and what do ya have for mod's how many miles on your vehicle and other supporting info.

I have an 06 and the fuel mileage hasn't been real great up until the last 20,000 miles at 60,000 now iv'e been getting 15 at best empty and 12-13 pulling it was always pretty constant and its a cummins so i had all the power i could ever utilize:headbang:
I have a Bully dog triple dog and straight piped the whole time. but for the last 20,000 its been climbing its up to about 18 empty and 15-16 pulling

I got an 06 stock, about to gut the torque tube and pull the silencer ring, then do a bhaf for and intake and possibly throw some stacks on to clear out the exhaust to help mpg's but for now I'm runnin about 16-17 oh yeah with an auto tranny with 59,990 miles

i think the 14-16 city and 19-21 hwy are about average. i've heard of better but guys say they are drivin like grannies. if you keep the boost under 5psi accelerating your mpg will go up, but who wants to do that?? lol... guess that's y i'm in need of a torque converter :banghead:

Man my truck is only getting 15-15.5 mixed and 16.5 highway hand calc and adjusted for the tires (some pretty good 6% pulls on I-5 between Roseburg and Medford). It's stock with a 4.5 lift and 35 12.5 20 Toyo MTs though.

2004.5 Quad cab 4X4 SB C600 stock (still stock tires at 75,500) gets around 18-19 city / 21-22 hwy around 70 MPH. I play witha DiabloSport Puck stack on rare occasion. Feels better by seat of the pants but I don't keep trac of MGP's when it's loaded. Seldom haul or tow and don't beat it at all. I've seen 24 MPG on long trips hovering at 65. NY, NJ, PA, VA, NH, CT trips. All pretty Flat terrain. First 40K seldom saw better than 16-18 MPG regardless.
Once I passed 50K things seemed to get a little better. Standard operating procedure for a diesel.

running empty with very little stop & go i can see around 21 hwy (hand calc) when keeping rpm around 1800. keep tires pumped to max and dump stock airbox. i run power services diesel kleen (11 oz.) every tank, keeps things quiet and +1 mpg
