my 6.7 averages about 14 mpg mixed/city. Previous best highway was 18.1 mpg. I've recently started using Cummins Platinum Plus DPF fuel additive and on a 325 mile highway trip got 19.94 mpg hand calculated. Seems to have helped mileage by about 2 mpg.

any Cummins Dealer (not Dodge) can order it in for you if they don't stock it. Just make sure you order the platinum-plus DPF ($170 per gallon) and not the platinum-plus DPF-DFX ($390 per gallon, for underground mining operations diesels). Even though thats a lot of money, a gallon will last me nearly two years and save an estimated 300-400 in fuel mileage. Besides that Cummins says it reduces soot by 40% and lowers regeneration temperatures by a few hundred degrees. So far evrything they claim is true that I can tell. I also have an e-mail directly from Cummins that guarantees it will not harm my engine or emmision system. Look up more info on Cummins Filtration web site
