Well dealer says my Big Bad superchip may void my warranty. Well they said my truck only showed 4 gallons of fuel used but my hours were fine. They said that if chrystler asked them ?s @ my hours and ( ? fuel used) they would know i had a programmer on it and might void warranty. Anyway, i have a knock that isnt an injector, maybe a broken wrist pin or something else. Truck runs fine and still has good power n ot smoking or ideling rough but it is knockin i little louder than an inj. knock. WHERE can i go to get it fixed quick, if my warranty is bye bye, I live in So. Illinois. I dont mind driving a few hours away if i can get it fixed as quick as possible!!!

Oh and by the way I dont think my weak superchip(which has always been on the tow setting) caused this.

do you have any way to do an injector kill test to pinpoint the cylinder causing the noise? I work at a Dodge dealership and have never been asked for the times except for the new 6.7s. Maybe should have pulled everything out before going to the dealership. Good luck

I DID pull everything out and returned to stock a while back. They did an inj. kill test and it was still knocking, they are thinking broken wrist pin. They said they didnt care @ the run times and fuel usage and the hours and idle times, but if DC asked @ them they may not like it. Anyway theyre gonna be tearing it apart tomorrow to get a better look at it. I may know more by monday, hopefully!!
