More UConnect Challenges

Well, for the first month of ownership, UConnect functioned flawlessly. However in the past week I have run into the following problems:
1.) The system forgot all my radio station presets. That was the start of this story
2.) After playing tracks from my SD card for a month, it no longer recognizes it. It basically goes into a 'can't find the sd card mode'.
3.) It doesn't remember where I was the last time I used it. I would have expected that if I shut down with it in SXM mode it would open up there. Nope, it opens up at random places in the system.
4.) I know that I'm not on the most recent version of the software. Perhaps this fix is as simple as an update.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

1) Yes, but only once since latest update. It held presets for FM, but not XM. Left it alone and they came back the next time I started the vehicle.
2) Yes, but not after the latet update.
3) It is always at the last screen I was in (if I remember correctly), but it does not remember what "genre" I was playing with the SD card.
4) Give it a shot  Easy to do.
