I would say that an intercooler does add to the power rating even in short bursts. It does cool the charge air and cooler air makes more power.

So how much power could you make with just 6x16 and an HX35

400 with your pryo at 1700. If all the rest of your fuel system is stock then less then that. You could do 300 pretty easy.
