I had a really bad experience at Pioneer. I bought my '06 from them new and never had reason to go back until I was nearly off waranty. I brought it back when I was at 150,000 kms as I started to have injector issues. At the same time they were going to change the pitman arm, as I had the upgraded steering put on at the local dealer and they never changed the arm. Anyway, went to get the truck, they said they had put new injectors in (have workorder) under warranty. Later found when I put my DDP's in that they only changed one. Then when I went to pick it up it was pissing atf out of the top cover on the steering box which got cracked while they were doing the work. I was then told it was because I had 305's on the truck and that they wouldn't cover it, but they would be willing to put a new pump and steering box on for $1500!

I came down with my other truck and gooseneck trialer and hauled it home. Haven't been back since, and warn pretty much everybody that I know to avoid the place.

I found the sales guys at the time to be really decent, and you couldn't find a better parts guy than Dan, but their service dept is crooked as all hell.

I bought a new truck at Ponoka last fall and they were great. Had all the emission stuff pulled off before it left the dealer and havent had a lick of trouble yet. Eldon in sales was really good to deal with.

Anyone deal with Sherwood park dodge?
I was going to buy from sherwood dodge until they told me any mods that i would do would completely void the warranty. I phoned up Vegreville dodge and they had no problem at all with the dpf/egr cooler delete, and programming as long as keep the stock parts in case that they need to make a claim with dodge.
