Mileage oddity...

Has anybody else noticed, or is mine an exclusive, that when the odometer rolls over each mile it doesnt change to the next mileage until the .** reaches .4

For example my odometer read 80.9 today and then it went to 80.0, 80.1, 80.2, 80.3, then 81.4...

Is that the standard mileage odometer...or the trip odometer??? Or both???

That is unusual....for sure. Maybe it happened when you slipped down and had an encounter with the dually fender. The impact might have jarred the instrument panel around some. :stirpot:

I don't recall mine doing that.....but I do have the lowly Tradesman trim level, too. I have to go to Centertown, KY then to Akron, OH Friday....so I'll have a little windshield time to investigate.
And I have one step up from lowly Tradesman with an SLT. But I am happy with what I have and that's pretty much all that counts.

It is the standard odometer above gear indicator... Pretty sure trim doesn't matter

If i hadnt been trying to figure exact distance for the alarm folks i would have never noticed. i actually put another 12 miles investigating because i thought my eyes were playing tricks on me...
Oh gsbrockman i got that separator changed without a band wrench. Thanks to the advice of loosen some then drain again had minimal mess

I'll look for this today but definitely haven't noticed anything unusual to date. What is your trim level. It does matter as some vehicles like mine have a 7" LCD in the IP and below Laramie (without the Luxury group) you get a different display.
