I can't find if it is mentioned on here, but what is the maximum recommended fuel pressure that should be placed on the vp44? I'm thinking about getting a Fuel Boss mechanical pump, but I'm kind of concerned about getting the fuel pressure too high.

The Fuel Boss can be dialed right in to whatever psi you wish to run. :thumbsup

Good luck with that...when you hear your VP start to knock really loud..start planning a VP change..cause it will start to lose power not long after that...that high of fuel pressure strains the diaphram in the VP pressure plate...it will weaken eventually...then either gradually get worse and worse...or fail all together....been there ..done that...New VP/FASS 95later....18psi idle/15psi WOT......much happier...
