so i pulled off the map sensor plug so she would blow some smoke, i knew that it was going to throw a code, and it did but it went away, is this normal?

It will throw a code for boost being to high too long. But the CEL will not come for it.

The only side effect is that its rather difficult ot control the smoke and you MPG will fall...

Remember anytime you see black smoke is money floating in the air (unburnt fuel). :$:

I would be looking at way to increase you MPG's and not worry about how much smoke you can blow...:w:

i get fuel for free so im going to let the coal roll i just wanted to know if it will mess up the mapp sensor itself, what about the VP?? will it cause it to fail since it is putting out so much fuel at once??

thanks
