the 330 should not allow you to regen but there is a possibility that one of them went bad they are only little 1/2 resistors normally. If you put a 100 ohm resistor in all of them or at least the front one it will never regen again (unless it burns out). In case your not familar what the sims do is tell the ECM that the exhasut is to hot to perform a safe regen ie we started out with 470 ohm and found them to be on the line so we went to 330 which are usually plenty but if your still going into regen then one went bad so 100 are the full proof and will stop a regen immediately. go to the tech 6.7 forum and look for the DIY delete on a budget follow those directions only use a 100 ohm 1/2 watt resistor instead of the 470 it list and you will be good to go.
