Map lights and some electrical issues

OK, I posted this some other time, but I can't for the life of me find it. So, here I am again.. First off my map lights will not turn on (sometimes).. Lately they have been working, but now tonight after I washed it they won't turn on again, then I checked after I parked it in the garage, walla, they worked again.. I also noticed after I had washed it my Parking sensor light stayed on and I am unable to turn it off... I'm not sure what's going on with this rig, also the last couple of days while I had my cell phone plugged into the charger it discharged even though the phone said it was charging.. I've checked the voltage coming out of the power supply outlet and it showed an ez 12.2 volts with engine off and 14.3 with engine running.. Sounds acceptable to me...Maybe it's my charger, or at least I'm hoping, it seems to charge just fine at home... But I'm a little concerned about the map lighting and the Parking sensor light staying on.. Is there anything I can check short of tearing everything apart? Everything else seems to be working fine..
