i still dont understand the oil part? and how do you run oil into the 2nd turbo?

If you look on top of the filter housing, there will be a second port next to the top turbo oil line. Take out the plug and there you go.

I dont use a bracket on my bottom turbo, they are not really needed, with an s300 and s400

I have an extra oill feed line for the bottom turbo. I think I might be able to find the adapters for it. I will look tomorrow after work for ya.
