I was cutting the seized bearing seat on my main shaft. Well I cut a little too deep. Will anything happen if I use the same shaft or will I be fine?

By main shaft do you mean crankshaft? Chances are the shaft is likely junk already since it had a bearing seized on. That applies to just about any shaft...I was cutting the seized bearing seat on my main shaft. Well I cut a little too deep. Will anything happen if I use the same shaft or will I be fine?

Are you adding HP or staying stock? And how much is a little too deep?
It's junk. They are case hardened, even deep casing is usually only .200 deep. Standard casing is only .125". You probably cut right thru the casing. I wouldn't risk it.1/8th inch maybe. I have a little more hp but not much. I don't give it hell.
