I was cutting the seized bearing seat on my main shaft. Well I cut a little too deep. Will anything happen if I use the same shaft or will I be fine?

By main shaft do you mean crankshaft? Chances are the shaft is likely junk already since it had a bearing seized on. That applies to just about any shaft...

I would say you trashed it. It could probably be repaired by a machine shop that has an affinity for shaft repair, but other wise you created a stress riser that will cause cracks at that point. It may run a long time like that or it may not. How much you want to risk it?

1/8th inch maybe. I have a little more hp but not much. I don't give it hell.
