i was thinking of them, but i have heard of 2 separate engine builds coming out wayyyyy jacked up and overdue.

like 6 week turnaround on a cummins head and multiple improperly installed or damaged parts on other engine.
im sure there are bad stories from everywhere though haha.

I was going to say Simmons too. Had my block bored .20 and decked. Took a week
yah i gave them a call today and they said 1-2 days for decking so when i get back in town and get it all torn down i will take it up to them. unfortunately all the people that wanted to help out will be out of town and i don't have an engine hoist.... this will be interesting getting it out haha
Do you have access to the air station or PI? I know they have them. Or you could go big and get a Harbor Freight one!
haha i do have access, but takes a truck to tow a truck.... but then again mabe i can throw a hitch on the wife's beemer haha.
my father in law was in the auto business for 20 years and has everything snapon you can imagine.... but they have all the tools in storage out of town. i will be raiding their tools this winter since they dont use them!
