friend of mine tried to tell me that Lube-Finer fuel filter (L1261F) is same as the Mopar OEM replacement fuel filter. Is it the true?
went to Lube-Finer on-line, couldn't find much detail about this L1261F fuel filter(Well, from their website, they claim that they produce Mopar filters). any thought.

Here is the Champion luberfiner filter that they say is the same as the Mopar (Fleetguard) filter, but they sure don't look the same. I believe this is also the same filter that AFE will be selling this July as their new '3 micron' filter for $21.99....... my opinion, Baldwin PF7977 is 5 microns absolute and meets water separation specs and sells for about $10.

Here's the new AFE filter which is supposed to be 3 microns, but Champion lists it as 5 microns nominal (probably 7 microns absolute).........
