Alright, i have a 96 12 valve and whenever you let the truck idle for like 15 minutes straight or it sits off for like 15 minutes, the fuel looses its prime. The truck has about 120,000 miles on it. Could this just be from a pin hole leak in a fuel line or a sign of lifter pump failure?

More than likely a fuel line leak. These 12v are pretty notorious for that.

You can take an air gun with just a few pounds of air pressure, wrap a rag around it and fashion it in the fuel tank neck and apply some positive air pressure to the tank. You should be able to see fuel bubbling in any leaks..
