I have been adding coolant to my 2016 Ram after 40miles drive and checking the tank the level keeps rising till it overflows what could be the problem.

You're in the wrong section, but if you're adding coolant without burping the air out, then likely its being pushed into the overflow or burping out. Also check the little hose to the overflow at the top of the passenger side of radiator.
