i'm looking to upgrade from the hx35. Was thinking hx40 or 50. whats everyones thoughts on it and what other upgrades will it need to do if i do so.

What else is done to the truck? Need to know a bit more before you can get any advice on the turbo selection.

intake and going to be doing exhaust everything else is stock

You aren't even close to maxing out your hx35....You have yet to make a fuel mod, why do you think you need a turbo????

just like big turbo's. had a huge turbo on my drag sentra. and i like the new technology. make for better flow. or do you think i'm wasting money

You are absolutely, 100% wasting money if you dont do fuel upgrades. A big turbo won't spool right with stock fueling.

well supposedly it has stage 5 lifter pump which i really dont believe. anyway to tell.

Well if it has a stage 5 lifter pump along with the flognosticator5000, I would say strap on an S480 and see how she runs!!!
