Browns has modded holset's Browns Diesel. You could probably get one with a 03 comp housing so you wouldn't have the big solenoid that doesn't come on your year of pickup. I don't know who mods them for them, but they have a more aggressive 60mm comp wheel than the stocker and I think they run a bigger tubine also.

unless something has changed there is not an option other than the 9. You would have to get an older turbo and mod it. I don't know if you would see much for gains.
